When will my order be shipped? Within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

What if my order is delayed? If it’s been more than 10 days since shipment, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Can I exchange an item? We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order for your preferred product.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If already shipped, you may return the item once it arrives.
